Alastair Bell

Al oversees our Forest School provision. He has an amazing gift and drive to work with young people with emotional and behavioural issues, as well as the ability to perform some fantastic moves on a SUP!

Bill Harmsworth

Bill is our bushcraft and forest school guru with  passion and energy to see people fall in love with the outdoors.

Charlotte Emery

Charlotte is an ex-Team GB judo champ and a keen outdoor activity enthusiast.

Chris Beckett

Chris is an amazing all-round instructor with loads of experience.  He also has some amazing magic tricks up his sleeve - it is worth asking him to demonstrate his talent for you!

Darren Oram

The creator and director of the Wiltshire Outdoor Learning Team.  A Peter-Pan type figure who is passionate about using outdoor adventure activities to see lives changed.

Edward Elliott

Ed has an amazing ability to focus on detail.  This enables him to provide a real quality coaching session.

Harvey Rudd

Harvey works with us when not an university.  If you are looking for an intelligent conversation - he's the man!

Jack Miller

If you are looking for 100% enthusiasm, a great talker and a manly beard - Jack is the man.  Ask him about his exploits in Canada!

Joe Gregory

Joe found his love for outdoor adventure activities during his secondary school years and has continued to develop his skill as an instructor.

Louise Fisher

Louise is our D of E Award guru whose passion is to ensure that anyone participating in their D of E Award through the WOLT receives a quality experience.  Before working for the WOLT she ran the D of E provision for Wiltshire Council

Luke Newman

A former professional fashion photographer, Luke now focuses on using his love of bushcraft to inspire, captivate and educate.

Matthew Laird

Matt overseas our provision of activities for schools, the general public and holiday makers at the Brokerswood site.  He loves building high ropes courses when he has time!

Max Rudd

We have managed to drag Max away from the rugby pitch and onto the high ropes!

Mollie Nevill

Mollie started as a volunteer with the WOLT and is an Explorer Scout and trained Beaver leader, who has also completed her Gold D of E.  Her passion is hiking and is a regular Ten Tors participant

Nicola Jones

Nicky is the Admin Manager and brings her years of experience in banking and Wiltshire Council to bring order to a team of Outdoor Activity workers who find it very hard to sit still!

Peter Chamen

Pete is a teacher and outdoor professional who loves water sports and climbing.

Sam Green

Sam is a dynamic young paddler form the Salisbury area who found kayaking rather than Pokemon cards!  Cool, calm and collected

Scott Finch

Since early teen years Scott has had the focus and drive to develop his paddle sports.  He is an ex- TEAM GB paddler with a fantastic 'Can do' attitude and a great role model to all

Sophie Stanley

We first met Sophie during a programme we ran for her secondary school.  She now volunteers for us and fast becoming an amazing part of our team.

Will Johnston

Will is pure energy!  He started with us an an apprentice. If he is not at work you will find him in a kayak trying to do something crazy
